Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide hands-on technical support across computer systems, networks, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, customer service expertise, and experience with Office 365 administration. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, network security, and timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist users of varying technical levels. Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution abilities with minimal supervision. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation skills. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and supporting occasional after-hours IT needs.
