Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist provides excellent customer service by completing and processing orders. The Customer Experience Account Specialist also finds solutions to order issues and communicates the transit of orders. Principal responsibilities include processing inbound orders, communicating order status to customers, reviewing accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders, building and maintaining professional, positive, proactive relationships with customers, managing multiple assigned accounts, meeting deadlines, informing customers of items availability, assisting customers daily via telephone and email to provide customer service and resolve problems, and working with Inventory and Procurement to notify when low stock or out of stock issues at the warehouse level.

Required skills include excellent skill in both verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, great multitasking, attention to detail, not afraid to resolve customer issues, thriving in an independent work environment, self-motivated and structured, skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, customer service focus and excellent phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and NAV, and the ability to establish priorities and make decisions. Education/experience required includes a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
