Sr. Controls Process Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Controls Process Engineer to support a large automotive OEM. This engineer will:

• Lead new line upgrades focused on bin picking systems and conveyor integration
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs
• Attend layout meetings and ensure project milestones are met
• Support production lines for stamping and press machines
• Execute new program implementation
• Oversee design, construction, integration, and launch of equipment/tools for high-quality part production
• Provide project updates to senior management
• Troubleshoot existing programs/sites
• Collaborate with plant teams and provide technical direction to junior engineers

Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience programming Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs
• HMI Modifications
• Binpicking or conveyor experience
