Sr. Controls Process Engineer
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Controls Process Engineer to support a large automotive OEM. This engineer will:
- Lead new line upgrades focused on bin picking systems and conveyor integration
- Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs
- Attend layout meetings and ensure project milestones are met
- Support production lines for stamping and press machines
- Execute new program implementation (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff)
- Oversee design, construction, integration, and launch of equipment/tools for high-quality part production
- Provide project updates to senior management
- Troubleshoot existing programs/sites
- Collaborate with plant teams and provide technical direction to junior engineers
- 3+ years of experience programming Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs
- HMI Modifications conveyor experience
