The Associate Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of enterprise Power BI reporting solutions and data visualizations. This role provides day-to-day support for production dashboards and reports, troubleshoots issues related to data accuracy and performance, manages user access and security, and collaborates with business users, developers, and data teams to resolve incidents. The analyst will serve as the first line of support for Power BI production environments, ensuring timely resolution of issues, proper monitoring, and adherence to SLAs. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and troubleshooting skills, combined with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requires 1-2 years of relevant data support experience or demonstrated experience within healthcare industry or data and analytics
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Competent in tools such has SQL, PowerBI, DAX, and Excel
Basic understanding of PowerBI Service/Desktop and SQL
Basic understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
Ability to work collaboratively in a team centric environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong problem solving and communication skills with attention to detail
Work-at-home requirements:
Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The hiring range for this position is $65,736 - $83,160 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $92,666 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization.
