8 years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions, in the following:

Instant messaging and presence
Enablement of mobile and remote workers (Collaboration Edge)
Unified voice messaging
Legacy PBX Integration
Unified Contact Center
UCCX and UCCE
Cisco WebEx Control Hub
Cisco WebEx Calling
Cisco WebEx Contact Center
Cisco WebEx Teams
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams Voice
AudioCodes
Consulting background focused on Cisco solutions and Microsoft Teams
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
