  • Keep It Real: Communicate clearly and honestly through every stage of the process—from first conversation to post-installation follow-up.

  • Keep Learning, Stay Curious: Stay on top of industry trends and bring new ideas to the team and our customers.
  • Be There in Person: On-site visits are key to understanding customer operations and earning trust. Travel is part of the job.

What You Bring

  • A humble, curious approach to solving problems and building partnerships
  • 3+ years in custom automation, preferably with concepting or design/build experience
  • Strong communication skills—whether it's a sketch on a napkin, a CAD model, or a conversation
  • A technical foundation (engineering or machine design background is a plus)
  • A self-starter mindset with follow-through, attention to detail, and customer-first thinking
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
