RESET4Youth Program Coordinator

We're looking for a passionate and proactive individual to work across impactful youth programs in South West Sydney. RESET4Youth supports young people aged 18–25 who are homeless or at risk. The program connects them with services and helps build life skills to transition into safe, stable housing.

Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver case management sessions using evidence-informed approaches
  • Develop strength-based case plans with SMART goals
  • Support clients transitioning to independence or other services
  • Maintain accurate case files in line with protocols
  • Use initiative to meet program needs under general supervision

Requirements for success:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver training under guidance
  • Solid communication and admin skills, including tech proficiency
  • Self-awareness and personal resilience
  • Positive, person-centred mindset with belief in growth and recovery
  • Lived and/or professional experience supporting recovery journeys

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
