To serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by leading the successful delivery of the in-room dining service of the hotel. Your key duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the in-room dining service is delivered in line with the brand service standards, identify training needs and develop and deliver the required training, provide overall leadership and management of the in-room dining services to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns for the property, be a sales champion for the hotel, generating and following up on business referrals and potential sales leads to maximize business for the resort.
• College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant leadership role • Passion for leadership and teamwork • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence • Excellent guest service skills
