Job Description

AVANI Melbourne Central Residences is seeking a professional and customer-focused Mandarin Speaking Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with smooth communication and support
  • Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care
  • Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office procedures
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
