Job Description

Guest Service Agent – Part Time Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites

We're seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys working in a stunning beachfront location.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in, check-out, and reservations
  • Handle payments, enquiries, and guest accounts accurately
  • Provide local recommendations and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth operations
  • Deliver professional and efficient service at all times

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
