Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team at Oaks Melbourne St Kilda. If you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional service during check-in and check-out
  • Assisting guests with enquiries, bookings, and requests
  • Handling payments and reservations with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintaining a welcoming lobby and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality experience highly regarded)
  • A positive, professional, and friendly approach to guest service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
