Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative and service support to the sales team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries, to confirm business and attend to the delivery of client's requests. We will ensure that you are equipped with a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services so that you are confident to interact and negotiate with the guests.
Qualifications
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. • Minimum 02 years experience in hotel sales • Good communication and social skills • Flexible and co-operative • Good English skills • Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
