This role supports both the operational and customer-facing functions of the campus bookstore. The position ensures smooth and accurate purchasing, inventory control, and accounts payable processes while also providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and vendors. From processing purchase requisitions in the Minnesota State Workday system to reconciling financial records and assisting at the register, this role is essential to daily store operations and long-term business success.

In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to transport up to 40 lbs. occasionally while moving boxes of textbooks.
