Welder Position

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our first-shift team. This role focuses on custom TIG welding of fabricated steel and aluminum structures, with additional responsibilities in MIG welding, fit-up, and pulse techniques. If you have experience working from complex blueprints and enjoy precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on custom steel and aluminum structures
• Read and interpret complex blueprints to fabricate components accurately
• Apply Pedal TIG welding techniques for precision work
• Execute fit-up welding and Pulse MIG welding as needed
• Work with a range of materials including aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience
• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience
• At least 1 year of blueprint reading and fabrication experience
• Proven ability to weld aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel
• Experience with sheet metal and steel fabrication preferred

About the Work Environment:

You'll be part of a dynamic manufacturing team producing a wide range of sheet metal products—from custom computer cabinets to large industrial frames. Projects involve metal thicknesses from 3/32" to 1/2", using materials such as low carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our facility offers full-service metal manufacturing, including prototyping, precision fabrication, and assembly.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
