Support Lead Developer

Insight Global is looking for a Support Lead Developer with strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Körber Wms and SQL development. This role is a backfill for a maternity leave and part of a high-performing team supporting a 24/7 operation. You'll lead support efforts, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Körber's standard functionality with custom SQL-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a technical team of 8 in a 24-hour support model.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Körber Wms support and SQL development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Körber Wms using SQL scripting.
• Develop and enhance features and processes from scratch, integrating unique business requirements into Körber's architecture.
• Collaborate with NTT Data and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotation and work CST hours.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads during the interview process.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of SQL development experience - must be able to write, troubleshoot, and optimize scripts.
• Ability to lead support efforts and mentor junior team members.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Experience with scripting and automation in warehouse management systems.
• Experience creating custom features and integrating them into Körber's standard functionality.
