We are currently looking for a Support Analyst I-II to work in our Information Technology division. Support Analysts are responsible for acting as the central points of contact for all our customers technology requests and seeing requests through from first contact to final resolution or service delivery. This is a position with a broad scope of endpoint support. It includes computers, mobile devices, printers and other productivity tools. A strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, Active Directory and endpoint management tools is preferred.
A typical starting range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00 hourly for Level 1 or $36.00 - $50.00 hourly for Level 2.
