As an OTG Starbucks® Daily Operations Lead at MSP Airport, you will support the store manager in executing daily operations. Your role includes deploying crew members, delegating tasks, and ensuring prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, safe, and comfortable store environment. To excel in this role, you should enjoy leading others, creating great guest experiences, and maintaining a well-stocked and orderly store.
