You have a Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering degree with 10 years of related composites experience. Expertise in wind turbine blade design, testing, manufacturing, and repair methods. Self-motivated, independent worker who produces results with minimal guidance. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
