Job Title

Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring business expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. This role will support ambulatory clinics or specialties. This role may require regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area. The primary role is oversight of business operations and staff, ensuring daily front office operations run smoothly and efficiently for patients and physicians. The role will also support project work and department/organizational initiatives.

Required: High school graduate or equivalent Preferred: AA degree or BA/BS degree 1+ years of supervisory/management experience Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting Specialty experience, where applicable Leadership experience
