We are currently seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join a passionate team focused on advancing cancer treatment solutions through cutting-edge biotechnology. Pay: $67/hr. | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Lead and champion departmental or cross-functional software quality initiatives, best practices, and systems to ensure compliance and excellence. Provide project direction, coaching, and mentoring to engineering and technical teams while offering technical guidance on software quality issues. Implement and oversee process controls, CAPA systems, and business systems to identify, prevent, and resolve software quality issues. Apply systematic problem-solving methods and manage small to medium-sized projects using standard project management practices. Qualifications: 9-11 years of experience with a BS in Engineering (Software Engineering preferred), or 7-8 years with an MS degree. Proven experience leading large teams in software testing. Strong understanding of the software test review process. Experience in software test architecture. Skilled in both automation and manual test procedures for medical device environments. Knowledge of IEC-62304 standards for software verification and validation.
