Development of the trade strategy to support long term category growth and profitably increase market share based on shopper and customer requirements. Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories vs competition. Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation. Develop a joint business partnership with key customers to drive business performance. Optimize BTL A&CP budgets for category by channel and monitor the execution. Participating in ad-hoc assignments/projects as required.
A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related disciplines. At least 2-3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG / shop related industry. Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills. Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels. Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment. Self-motivated and can-do spirit. A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency.
