Shop Service Technician – Join Our Expert Team!

Location: Bloomington, MN | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Sign-On Bonus: $3,500 after 90 days!

Your Role: As a Shop Service Technician, you'll be the problem-solver who keeps equipment running at its best. From diagnosing hydraulic and electrical issues to performing precision repairs, your expertise ensures our customers' equipment stays in top shape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair equipment using hydraulic and electrical knowledge
• Operate hand tools and specialized equipment for repairs
• Order necessary parts and ensure accurate tolerances and torque specs
• Test and record pressures on test sheets
• Communicate with supervisors and recommend process improvements
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and electrical systems
• Knowledge of 12-volt systems, wiring start/stop circuits, and programming
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively
• Skilled with saws, plasma cutters, and oxy-acetylene torches
• Basic math skills for pressure and relief adjustments
• Independent work ethic and follow-through on projects

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in heavy equipment or commercial truck systems
• ASE certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with hydraulic hose sizes and fittings

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $41,600.00 - $72,800.00/yr.
