Service Technician

Location: St. Cloud, MN

Pay Rate: $22.00–$30.00/hr

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial kitchen and food manufacturing equipment, including meat and food processing and packaging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Schedule service appointments and procure parts.
• Perform repairs both on-site (60%) and in-shop (40%).
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Submit signed work orders promptly.
• Occasionally be on-call or work weekends (rare).

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems or equivalent schooling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed).

Preferred:

• Experience in field service, maintenance, HVAC, and troubleshooting.
• Former forklift service techs have been successful in similar roles.

Work Hours:

• Start: 7–8 AM
• End: Typically, 4:45–6 PM (95% of the time)
• Finish time is when the tech returns to the shop.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of St. Cloud, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
