Genesis10 is currently seeking a Service Management Analyst V for a 12+ month contract role in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote. The Service Management Analyst IT position will be primarily focused on analyzing new IT communications tool options, building requirements to replace our current IT notification tool, and assist in the selection process of a new solution to provide paging to our internal IT teams, and external notifications to clients and third-party vendors.

Skills include project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic implementation of innovative technologies to ensure a smooth transition for users. Key responsibilities would include developing communication plans, training end-users, gathering feedback, and input in the management of the overall project timeline and support the adoption of the new system. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with Service Management/ITIL/ServiceNow and IT communications technologies. Needed skills: ServiceNow, Twilio, third-party communications technologies (Pager Duty, Status Page, etc.), Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $50.00 to $55.00/hour. We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
