About the role: The Senior Tech Sales Support Specialist provides global industry-leading technical support to Boston Scientific field personnel, clinicians, patients, and other internal customers. Help our customers use our products by providing immediate, accurate and up-to-date information regarding current and historical market-released Cardiac Rhythm Management products (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators, implanted cardiac monitors), and assisting in troubleshooting, problem solving and assessment of product operation.
