This position is for a Senior Software Development Manager for the Banking Solutions team for Cash Management, Depository, Credit & Payments domains. You will manage multiple development projects, development groups and/or application support functions for a major business segment. Typically managing mid to senior level engineers on a team up to 10 in size. Provide solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application development and implementation. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure the implementation quality of application systems. Allocate and ensure resource arrangements during the application development life cycle. Oversee the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems. Lead a team of mid to senior level software developers.
Proven track record managing high performance development teams. Expert level knowledge in banking procedures, especially in deposits, money movement, mortgage & credit products. Strong technology fundamentals in streaming, APIs, data caching and Java. Strong systems design concepts, code review as needed. Strong communication skills, program management skills. Knowledge of CI/CD processes. Performed systems design & architecture.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
