Location: Greater Burnsville, MN Area Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 2025–2026 School Year Pay: $21/hour + Weekly Pay & Benefits Openings: 10–15 Positions Available

What You'll Do
Provide instructional and behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs
Assist with mobility and therapeutic care under guidance from health professionals
Work closely with special education teams to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Build meaningful relationships with students and staff
Schedule Options
Choose the setting that fits you best:
- High School: 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM
- Middle School: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Elementary School: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting students with cognitive deficits
PCA certification and/or Paraeducator license (we'll help you get licensed if needed!)
Passion, patience, and a commitment to student success
Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Valid Health Certificate (per contract/state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
