Sales/Recruiting Associate

Sales/Recruiting Days: Shift 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. Wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales/Recruiting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with customers, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Duties:

• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in selling to corporations, and government agencies, and attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talents to meet our organization’s needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
• Drive recruitment initiatives to meet hiring goals
• Utilize sales and lead generation techniques to attract top talent

Educational/Skill Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 1 - 2 years of prior sales/recruiting experience. Candidates with previous experience in sales, recruiting, or administrative role tend to do well.
