Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators providing guidance, mentorship and hands-on technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of Service Cloud/OMS projects. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative Service Cloud/OMS solutions that enhance orders, order summaries and order fulfillment. Design and implement robust data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with QA teams to conduct testing and ensure the quality, reliability and security of solutions within the Salesforce platform. Create and maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and future development efforts. Interpret business requirements and drive technical architecture specifications into robust, scalable solutions. Participates in the definition and adherence to design, development, testing methods and techniques that meet corporate and team IT standards. Familiar with source control/code repositories DevOps processes and best practices to ensure successful promotion of metadata through all environments (Gearset, Azure Devops, Git, etc.). Estimate the design, development, testing and complexity leveraging story points and commitment to delivery of stories prioritized in a Sprint. Staying up-to-date with relevant and new Salesforce development tools and technologies.
