Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT with ability to work until 7pm the last two business days of each month.
Provide support to customers with regard to shipment and billing orders. Facilitate communications between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues. Communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force, and assist the sales force in locating and transferring product as needed.

This role allows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
1-2 Years with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
