The DRS Conversion Specialist is responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector, including increasing revenue and P & L results; to drive market penetration of our DRS solutions. This position is responsible for converting the existing customer base at Brink's from our traditional armored solution into a Digital Retail Solution. The Conversion Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales objectives consistent with company growth strategy by creating differential value through strong relationships with the different markets in Brink's, identifying opportunities and determining solutions. Work collaboratively and multidisciplinary to deliver step functional DRS growth across North America.
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts. Minimum of 3 years' experience selling and managing a premium in the relevant market.
