Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Retail and Fleet Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations, Direct to Consumer team. This role will support Retail (Red Wing Shoe Store) Channel Operations initiatives and objectives, assisting the field team in both retail brick and mortar and mobile shoe truck and company owned and leased fleet vehicle operations. This role will support and monitor business processes to ensure compliance and accuracy, while identifying and providing operational efficiencies.
Education and Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school in a related field of study including Business Management, Operations, or Vendor Compliance, with a minimum of two years of experience in retail operations, field support, or related business operations role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting retail stores, fleet operations, or mobile retail units is preferred. Background in process improvement, vendor coordination, and compliance monitoring preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: General understanding of retail operations and store workflows. Knowledge of administrative processes and office management. Basic understanding of compliance and retail regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with retail systems/ERP platform. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills with an ability to identify efficiencies and streamline process. Excellent communication and organizational skills with proven ability to partner across teams.
