Recruiter Operations Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Recruiter Operations Specialist positions located in Minneapolis, MN 55401. Job Title: Recruiter Operations Specialist. Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Rate: $26/HR.

The Provider Services Staffing Coordinator will manage the weekend/holiday supplemental staffing process, including backing up weekday staffing. The incumbent will provide weekly/monthly/yearly reporting for per diem and regular physicians. The incumbent must be able to independently determine and apply probable solutions to issues and challenges affecting the provider supplemental staff. Must be able to be on-call and carry a cell phone 24/7/365. Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of physician leadership. Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle provider issues with tact and diplomacy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to adhere to professional standards and confidentiality.
