Quality Engineer Intern Position

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Quality Intern position. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality team to analyze key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to data-driven continuous improvement. This position offers an in-depth view of quality systems and semiconductor processing while working within a highly technical team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support any of the following quality areas: Internal quality, Supplier quality, Customer quality, Quality management systems, Internal Audit, Document control, Quality fab support
  • Analyze key metrics to identify, streamline and automate value-added reporting
  • Audit select quality and/or fab processes and recommend areas for improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to document processes and explain to others
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Independent and teamwork capabilities
  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in a STEM field, with interest in Quality systems and/or Semiconductor processing
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel; Power BI and/or JMP experience a bonus
  • Willing to work in both an office environment and a cleanroom environment

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
  • Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes 401(k) plan and paid time off.
