Full Stack Software Engineer (Mobile)

Salary: Up to $160,000 base annual salary + Bonus

What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work across the entire stack to bring this mobile-first product to life. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to production with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build mobile applications and supporting web interfaces in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful product features
• Develop backend services and APIs to support mobile and web functionality

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, candidates must have direct experience building mobile products from scratch in startup or greenfield environments. You must also have hands-on experience with all three of the following technologies:

• Flutter/Dart
• React Native
• Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot or similar)

Additional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or product-focused software development
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design and user experience principles
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to product strategy
