Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and providing training for two new systems: the Alarm Management System and Shift Log/Shift Handover Systems. You will evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will conduct experiments and simulations to validate process changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with PLCs, SQL, and Python.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with AVEVA PI System, RtTech RtDuet System, Seeq System, Win911 System, and Asset Intellect System.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience in configuring and programming PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related control interfaces.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in control systems.
  • Industrial plant troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment:

The work environment requires a willingness and ability to wear a full-face respirator mask directly against the skin, with or without reasonable accommodation. You must be willing and able to work in a hot/high temperature production facility while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas, with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
