The immigration professionals within EY's Global Immigration network provide a range of employment-based immigration legal and support services to multinational clients who require employees to work in locations where the employee requires work authorization from the local authorities.
As an Immigration Legal Managed Services (ILMS) Senior, you will be a part of the U.S. employment-based immigration team. EY's global alliance of independent law firms cooperate with our offices worldwide to provide our clients with integrated, quality service. The firm's comprehensive range of U.S. employment-based immigration services include providing clients with non-immigrant and immigrant case processing for the employees.
As an ILMS Senior, you will support multiple and challenging U.S. employment-based immigration engagements and contribute to the delivery of solutions and ideas for our diverse institutional clients.

Bachelor's degree in related field; Preference for degrees in immigration studies, law, business, communications, public administration, technology, analytics, finance
Minimum 4 years of U.S. Employment-based immigration experience
Must be highly organized and an effective communicator

Exposure to U.S. and international clients

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $63,500 to $129,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $76,300 to $147,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
