The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is essential in providing a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth patient experience at M Health Fairview- Woodbury Orthotics & Prosthetics. This role is responsible for scheduling and re-scheduling patient appointments and may also serve as the primary receptionist for the department or program. The PSC interacts closely with patients, visitors, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a professional, organized, and empathetic manner. Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical to delivering a high-quality patient experience. This position also includes various clerical duties to support department operations.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous clerical, scheduling, or receptionist experience preferred.
