Ideal Credit Union continues to grow larger each year and currently has six offices located in Eagan, Hugo, Inver Grove Heights, North Saint Paul, Stillwater, and Woodbury. Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking, and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for an Operations Representative - Retirement Accts at our Woodbury office. This individual is responsible for supporting members and staff within the market with operational needs, and a proven knowledge of Ideal Credit Union's processes and procedures. In addition, they will be responsible for providing great service to members, potential members, and staff while communicating effectively and professionally in each interaction. The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break as well as other hours as needed. This individual will work in-office until fully trained. Once fully trained, this is a hybrid position working three days in-office and two days working from home; however, the work from home schedule is variable and dependent on retirement mail items, and needs. This position does occasionally require travel to other branch locations as needed.

This is Grade 8, Non-Exempt – Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $24.15 - $25.66 per hour. Excellent benefits including health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and retirement.
