DeZURIK is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer IV who loves taking ideas from concept to implementation and seeing them come to life on the production floor. In this role, you’ll own complex product development projects designing, validating, and launching engineered valve and actuator solutions that have a direct impact on our bottom line. You’ll spend most of your time on product design, test lab work, validating projects, and running engineering analysis (3D modeling, FEA, CFD). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s comfortable with mechanical systems and working closely with valves and flow control equipment. You’ll also guide cross-functional teams, lead design reviews, and present clear recommendations to leadership and customers. What makes this opportunity unique? You’ll get to try new ideas, explore what haven’t we done yet, and see your designs move all the way into production joining a team where engineers have historically held patents in their names. The flip side: projects are high visibility, move quickly, and are closely tied to company performance so you’ll thrive if you enjoy meaningful work under real-world timelines.
