Mechanical Assembler - Weekly Pay

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Thu)

About the Role

Step into a role where precision and craftsmanship matter. As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll be part of a team building components that support industries ranging from medical devices to agriculture and government applications. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with modern equipment, assembling complex parts that require focus, skill, and attention to detail. This is not repetitive production work — you'll handle a variety of assemblies daily, with opportunities to advance into specialized areas like Electronics or Gearmotor assembly.

What You'll Do

Assemble components in departments such as Magnet Assembly (Epoxy Machine), Gear Motor, or Medical/Electronics Assembly

Use hand and power tools to build brakes, clutches, and gear motors

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly

Work with small parts and complex assemblies requiring precision and care

Support continuous improvement by maintaining quality standards and efficiency

Grow into advanced assembly roles with training and mentorship opportunities

What We're Looking For

1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Mechanical aptitude (auto mechanics, medical assembly, or similar experience)

Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and soldering techniques

Experience in mechanical repair or light assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
