2026 Summer Internship Program

The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program. This internship is located at the Windom Manufacturing plant in Windom, MN where our employees are dedicated to manufacturing high quality, reliable products for consumers around the world.

What Will You Do?

  • Process line balancing
  • Electronic and visual work instruction implementation
  • Manufacturing tooling database documentation and tooling implementation
  • New product release implementation
  • Mechatronics, programming, and AGV Troubleshooting

What Do You Need?

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things
  • Problem-solving acumen
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance
