Are you looking to develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly? Interface with production operators and technicians to establish manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification. Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics, engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
Are you ready to support implementation of all key matrices? Records, summarizes, and presents data/information to department operations. Monitors trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures. Drives the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.
