Thomson Reuters is seeking an exceptional Manager, Legal Operations to join our General Counsel's Office (GCO) and drive transformative change in our legal operations through advanced AI implementation and process optimization. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day legal operations of the GCO, with a focus on innovating and optimizing our processes, leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI solutions to enhance the delivery of legal services and drive business value. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal operations expert with a unique blend of legal, technical, and business acumen, gained through experience as a practicing lawyer or paralegal, preferably leading a mature legal operations function. A deep understanding of legal processes, workflows, and technology-enabled solutions, including Thomson Reuters products, is essential, as well as a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects and driving change initiatives.
