Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer inventory through precise order entry on handheld devices
• Ensure merchandising standards are upheld by rotating products for optimal freshness
• Engage with customers and store managers, assisting with deliveries and display building as needed
• Train and coach both full-time and part-time merchandisers
• Execute sell-in initiatives, manage product rotation and damage within budgetary limits
• Address any customer issues promptly
• Maintain clear communication with sales reps and drivers
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and spill management
• Complete all paperwork accurately, collect payments when necessary
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current insurance
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to use handheld devices for order entry and inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and coach others
• Problem-solving skills
