Lewis Motor Repair is seeking an energetic, service-oriented individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Field inbound calls from customers & assist them with their needs
• Work with internal staff to meet customers' needs
• Generate customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, etc
• Assist customers with warranties, follow up on back orders & quotes
• Receive incoming shipments & organize them in the proper location
• Pull orders & prepare shipments
• Restock warehouse with new inventory & keep organized
• Perform in town pickups & deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math skills & problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, written & verbal
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Microsoft Outlook & general computer skills
• Safety minded
• Operate forklift – training provided
• Team oriented
• Be able to lift 50 lbs as needed

Minimum Education Required: 2-year Tech College

Minimum Experience Required: Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience
