HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and support residential and commercial clients in diagnosing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems. This role offers a dynamic work environment, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Install HVAC systems and components.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours work as needed.
• Keep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Troubleshooting and mechanical repair expertise.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
