Human Resources Coordinator

Start your journey in Human Resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will support departmental and company objectives and provide proactive planning, solutions, counsel, and timely HR information to associates. Our Human Resources team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are you looking to assist the department in implementing various human resources programs and procedures for associates in multiple locations? Assist with ADP system procedures including data entry, timecard and wage review, wage steps, benefits enrollment, insurance deductions, and other system changes. Provide weekly and semi-monthly payroll support duties such as hour and pay adjustments, retro pay and benefit calculations. Respond in a timely manner to basic HR, payroll, benefits, and employee questions. Process disability calculations and assist with leave management activities. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and exit process including phone screens, scheduling interviews, community/school outreach, preparing offer letters, and preparing termination information. Assist with various facility services and maintain inventory of facility supplies.

Job Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of one year related human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll/timekeeping systems and process.
  • Demonstrated competency with intermediate level experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
