We currently have a vacancy working as a generalist in the Talent and Equity Resources/Human Resources Department. Here's What You Can Expect to Do:

• Provides consultative services to administration and department management concerning hiring and classification needs.
• Develops and posts job announcements, screens applicants for minimum qualifications, and creates and validates candidate assessments.
• Assists departments with succession planning, and organizational development and retention strategies.

Information Specific to this Position: This position is located at 25 West 4th Street, Annex Building. You will work a flexible (core hours are 8:00 to 4:30) hybrid schedule which requires designated days in the office, with Wednesday being a mandatory office day.
